LOCATION Fulshear Run is located south of the intersection of FM 1093 and Bois d’Arc Lane in Fulshear, seven miles west of the Grand Parkway, and seven miles south of the Katy Freeway. The prestigious Bois d’Arc area is just beyond Fulshear Run, and Fulshear’s charming downtown area is a mile west. Fulshear Run is the only acreage community offering city utility services.

In the past few years, Fulshear has developed a comprehensive plan for growth, implemented zoning, embarked on a vigorous plan to develop parks and trails, and constructed major water and sanitary lines to satisfy the growth. In 2016, construction began on the extension of the Westpark Tollway and the widening of FM 1093 between the Grand Parkway and Fulshear.
