Michael Pelletier, GMB (Graduate Master Builder), brings over 30 years of construction experience to the homebuilding industry. With a combination of his hands on experience and a degree in Business Management, he is able to offer a dynamic approach to inspiring people as well as build a quality home.

Robert met Mike Pelletier in college and has sustained that friendship to become the best Homebuilding team. He started his career in Homebuilding based on his family's successful granite company. Robert provides on-site, involved, personal experience to each home we build.

Julio was introduced to construction at an early age by His father, who happens to be the owner of our framing company. He often finds himself being the right hand to Robert and the left hand to Mike, all while attending college for Construction Science. Julio is an integral part of Fairmont Homes.

Kellie started her building experience when she was just twenty when she met Robert Cox, our VP of construction. This twenty-five-year personal and business relationship introduced her to our team three years ago. Kellie helps to keep us organized and cultivate relationships with our homeowners.
